Great people. Thought my tv wasn't fixable, but the tech came out and did wonders. Will definitely use again. Very satisfied with ease of communication and service.

Great Honest. I was called and told that my television code meant "death", which would have cost me hundreds$$$ for someone to come out and tell me that. My old 1990 50" Mitsubishi projection TV had been constantly rolling for years. I had spoken with another repair service that advised me that "it would probably be cheaper to just purchase another TV" after I mentioned the age of the TV. I hung up greatly discouraged because this TV had "sentimental value" to me.

I called Schneider and knew I had made the right choice! The customer service was exceptional as well as the service! My TV still has the most beautiful picture! I see why you have been in the business for 60 years! As far as I'm concerned, "You're the best in the business! Thank you!"

Had a problem with my TV and filled in contact form. Within two minutes I got a call from Steve! He walked me thru some things to try, and voila! Fixed over the phone - no charge! Thanks Steve!

the tech went to the house to fix the TV. The customer states we broke the docking station while visiting his home. The only thing i can do is have him bring the MP3 player docking station to our shop, we will be happy to look at it at no charge and maybe fix it if possible. We feel this is not worth a service call and we are not assuming responsibility at this point.

My LCD tv started clicking I called them for service. They told me if I brought the TV in it would save me 80. dollars. I took it to them. They called me the next day. It works great. Very happy with the service. Will use again
