We contacted Schisla Design after deciding to delegate our design needs to an external design firm, rather than continuing to manage our freelance designers ourselves. The designer assigned to us, who we were told was their creative manager, was startlingly unprofessional and rude. The project also took almost double the amount of time quoted (extra hours for which we were billed), and not because we changed anything about the originally-agreed-on concept. We searched out referrals to other design teams in the area and will not work with Schisla again.
