First concern is the off smell. A definite odor of something. Food on floor in several places and on both backs. got the sampler platter chicken tenders burnt. Visually obvious but delivered to table anyway. Had to guess what sauces were. Guessing one is ranch but very runny and warm not a good sign to me. How long has it been out of cooler? i commented on mess at booth. The waiter said there was a just at this booth and he would clean it up. Been awhile its still there. Oh look theres a fork down there also. Food finally arrived fries are barely warm. Details over looked such as side items wants and dislikes. Empty dishes from sammpler still here. Wonder why! They are not busy at all. My burger is cold doesn,t taste bad but not great. My beer was good and cold not a hard thing to achieve. Chicken wing still riddled with feathers. Server pleasant but seems very rushed. Again not very busy. There are many better choices within 5 minutes of here thet have similar menu. I will not be returning.

I really do enjoy the food and the great service found here at this Ruby Tuesday's. They have some great deserts too!
