This is the worst restaurant that I had ever been when it comes to customer service. the owner of this place is so sneaky, bait and switch when you are not looking, and charge extra if you pay via credit card. I had order a whole duck to go, point out the duck to the chef that is the one I wanted, want him to chop it up for me and put them in 2 different boxes, and when I got home, I got 2 boxes of complete different of duck, one box was cold and other one was warm, texture and size of the meat are completly different, they are obviously from 2 different ducks. I had been to this place before, and the experience was not that great, and want to give them one more try since I hadn't been back for awhile, but definately will not be back EVER again. Stay away. Don't even try to get a smile out of the people who works in this place. You had been warned.

Horrible customer service! Ordered half duck to go, the owner was going to pour the sauce on the duck, I told her I would like the sauce on the side like I had before which they have done but today she said they don't do sauce on side, and they are out of sauce cup! I just saw previous customer got few cups of sauce to go! Her attitude was the worst, she gave me the look of either take it or leave it! Searched their menu online, half roasted duck $8.95, but she charged me $14. Didn't expect tax on the half duck is over 50% and still got refused on getting a cup of source. Every time we came to the store service is bad, today is the worst! Never come back again and recommend others to stay away from this place, and remember to check the final bill's price with menu before pay.
