I am 60 years old and can tell you that I have never experienced such a bizarre office. Someone there is infatuated with technology so they have you enter 10 pages of data. Unfortunately no one reads it. I was asked 5 times by different people when the last time I was at the dentist....this information was on page 1.



An hour and a half later the dental hygienist goes thru gum disease like you are 5....she seems to have all day...and it seems like she is trying to sell you something; but I couldn't figure that out....I asked her to stop presenting, put the materials she was pointing to down....she refused.



The Greiff came in....seems like a good guy BUT I have relocated a lot so have had a lot of dentists.....this was the weirdest situation ever....rather than doing my cleaning and exam he started talking about periodontal disease....I suspect that he had a difficult experience with this at school.



I told the dentist that I didn't feel comfortable....he gave me the xrays and I am on my way to a regular dentist without all of these idiosyncrasies.



If you go to this practice, God bless you. If you are looking for a no hassle dentist, keep looking.

Not only did Dr. Greif keep me waiting for over and hour, he had a terrible "bedside manner". I told him I wasn't all the way numb, but he seemed impatient and rushed throughout the procedure. I was in pain the entire time and he didn't show any compassion. I will never go back and will encourage anyone who asks to seek dental treatment elsewhere.
