This was the worst customer service experience of my life. I made a complaint and they told me to find a new vet, for my dog in kidney failure.

I just brought my dog there last night after I found two open wounds on the side of my dogs face. Our usual vet was already closed for the night and the Rock Road welcomed us warmly. It's clear they truly are compassionate about what they do and their fees are reasonable. I will be bringing my cat here for her shots next week. Thank you again everyone!

Took my new kitten for vaccines for her 2nd time and the staff is amazing. They make us feel right at home. Friendly and very informative. Also cheaper than most vets. They make me and my little girl walk out of there happy as can be and happy to come back every time. Will come for many years.

I recently had to visit this animal hospital when my beloved cat fell seriously ill. It was too late to save her when we got there, so we had her put down. A few days later, I got a card in the mail with our cat's paw prints and a tuft of her fur to remember her by. It was a very nice gesture, and is what made me decide to keep this vet office in mind for any future pet related needs.



The staff was very professional, and very comforting in our time of need.

I have taken all of my animals to the Rock Road Animal Hospital for years. Dr. Cloud and staff are exceptional with animals, always have been - these are people that will get down on the floor with your animal, to inspect them during a visit, or just to rub their bellies. I've also boarded them. It's a very basic kennel, nothing fancy, but they don't charge a lot for it, so I feel like I'm getting what I pay for. I can't imaagine they would not give medication, that they most likely prescribed themselves, because a cat hissed at them. I am an owner of a "mean cat," and they certainly have techniques to provide my cat with excellent care. I would recommend them to anyone again and again!
