I bought insurance on my son at birth, 1977. It was a pay !0 policy. After 10 years, the policy was paid up. I have borrowed money against the policy numerous times, and had no problems whatsoever. Thank you Thurman Williams and Raymond Hall.

I don't see how this company is still in business. They only way they correspond is by snail mail. I sent a notarized document and they said it wasn't notarized and would take 7 to 10 days to pull the document to verify. if they don't catch up to modern times, they will be out of business soon.

I agree with the others!!! I wish I had never signed with these incompetent people!!! They are the ONLY COMPANY that are so crooked that your ONLY MEANS OF PAYMENT IS IN OFFICE/MAIL!!! I MOVED 500 MILES AWAY AND IT IS SO ANNOYING TO HAVE TO STAMD IN LONG LINES AT THE POST OFF TO BUY POSTAGE STAMPS, WHILE EVERYONE ELSE LOOKS AT YOU LIKE YOU CRAZY BECAUSE NOBODY BUYS POATAGE STAMPS ANYMORE!!! REALLY!?!? ITBIS SERIOULY TIME TO GO TO LIBERTT MUTUAL, I DON'T EVEN CARE IF I HAVE TO PAY A LITTLE MORE!!! IT WILL BE WORTH IT!!! I WISH THERE WAS A LESS THAN "0" RATING!!! #FeedUpWithlnconviences

The most horrible Service I've ever experienced! The Agent I had was wonderful and knew her business. She was fired! The agent that replaced, don't know anything at all. She wrote my policy wrong, I can't reach or contact her to have it corrected. This is a very sorry business for it suppose to be a face to face agent Co. I have seen my agent twice! I need help, can't get any, call agent, no answer! no return call. How do you actually get someone whom knows what they are doing, that works for this company. I still paying because I've paid so much into the policies for my grandkids, This is very fustrating. I have to go into office to pay premiums, No agent to pickup as stated. Agent comes to sign you up, take first payment, then no show anymore. As if they are just collecting first payments and wants it to lapse! It' as if this is a Scam company! Awful business ethics! Sorry I was introduced to this mess of a Co. If anyone know how to get help with this Co. Pls HELP horrible business.
