The staff was very nice to work with.

The ladies at check in and check out were both very pleasant and helpful. Beds were comfy and shower had amazing water pressure. AC worked well. We booked last minute due to a change in family plans, so our options for hotels were limited (our fault). The room served it's purpose, but you definitely get what you pay for.

I have to say I was very surprised when I arrived. The clerk Anthony was more than helpful in accompanying me with a room the room that was pleasant and clean towels fresh and noise level was low. The new look is nice as well. I would recommend this location to family and friends.

I do not usually put "excellent" on our stays, but this place was EVERYTHING that we expected from Red Roof, so we feel that they deserved it. VERY nice/friendly staff, good internet and a wonderful room.

We had two hotel rooms for a nearby concert.After reading the reviews I thought I would probably run into a problem somewhere along the lines.No problems at all! Quick check in Very nice customer service at the desks.Our two rooms weren't next to each other but they were on the same floor. Comfy beds,ok channel selection, great wifi. Hooters and Gas station on the same block. All in all for the price I would definatly stay again!

one night was good. overall the room was small but we just needed a good night sleep. hooters was nearby for a late meal. jive and wail piano bar was across the street. it just open up and was good if u have no kids.

I was pleasantly surprised when I pulled up to the Red Roof Plus. I was wondering what made this inexpensive hotel a plus. When I opened the door, I saw a very updated room with a very different look.

Love this hotel...im here every weekend for work...friendly staff,i just feel im at home..One of my favorite team member TORI...shes Awesome!!!! I will b here every weekend...my room is always clean..cant complaint about that!!!!!!!!

We stayed in one of the new premim rooms. The room was nice and comfortable.

Made reservation on their website which had the cheapest rate per night. It was located not too far from St. Louis Downtown area. We spent two nights at this location while driving to Champagne, IL and around St. Louis area.

The pictures on the Internet are accurate. Very nice room, very clean, well-maintained. Free coffee machine 24/7 - lost of choices. Free daily USA Today. And it is convenient - close to I-270, SR 67, I-170. I drove to the Metrolink and North Hanley and took the train into the city. Many restaurants and fast food places nearby 10). east on Page 2). north to Dorsett. Easy to get to charming St. Charles. Also close to Harrah's Casino. This is one of the best budget motels I have ever stayed in. I am 64 years old, and travel alone and it is not scary, it is NOT dangerous, but it is a GREAT traveler's value. Oh - BTW - it is in a large corporate park called Westport. Very busy during usual rush hours. But, during night it is very quiet. No one is here - everyone's gone home.

No problems encountered at this location. Staff was excellent. Coffee machine worked great. This is the 2nd time Ive stayed here and will stay again.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The location was easy to find. The staff was great!! I had a flat tire and one of the staff even changed it for me. This is a great place to stay!!

The male clerk checked us in and even used our first and last names during check-in. I felt like I was special. The rooms were clean and the amenities were outstanding for hotel that was only $39.99. We had fresh goumet coffee first thing in the morning and was greeted once again by the same clerk that checked us in and he was smiling and even opened the door for us. We will stay again with Red Roof Inns across the country. The service was outstanding and rooms were recently remodeled and it showed.

Our room was clean and comfortable enough (smallish and no luxuries). We felt quite safe and there were restaurants and a convenience store very close by. Excellent value for money and ample space to walk the dog. I recommend it if you are traveling with your furry friend!

Great pet friendly hotel that is inexpensive and easily accessible. The room we stayed in seemed newly remodeled. Hooters is in adjoining parking lot.

For the price, this Inn is just the right price when you need to bed down for the night, and don't want to pay for a overpriced foo foo hotels. Sure there isn't a pool or breakfast, but all I needed was a clean bed, room, and a shower. With the way the dollar doesn't go very far, i got away from the foo foo hotels for here. Coffee in lobby, fast food close, and a Hooters next door.

The Red Roof Inn Westport, in St. Louis is well located, excellent highway access, within a close proximity to the Westport Business District. The motel offers a clean, comfortable room, at a very fair price. I always select the Basic King room that offers everything that I need. I have stayed at this particular property many times over the last 10 years. The motel was completely remodeled 3-4 years ago. The staff is very accomodating and always remembers my room preference, in regards to ground floor, room configuration, etc. The staff always ask if my room was ok, upon checkout. They never take for granted that I have stayed at the hotel previously. They always ask that I return. I strongly recommend this safe, clean, motel in the St. Louis suburbs to any business or leisure traveler.

However, the coffee machines that I liked before are no longer there. I was placed in the most rearview unit, against the freeway. It was quiet. But it was a long walk to the Office to get AM coffee. Wireless worked great. Close to Westport good restuarants. Why do I stay here? I love Red Roof. And this locaation is about 10 minutes away from Harrah's. Still oneof my favorites. BTW - There is a QT gas station next to Red Roof that has a great selection of fast food options.
