'I will never return to another Red Robin again! Des Peres, Mo has given me the worst experience I have ever received! Took my family to dinner there on June 1st, 13 days ago, tried to pay with credit card machine at the table, told me invalid to see my waitress. She ran my credit card at the register, when I got home, I saw on my credit card statement on line that I had been charged twice! $114.81 for burger dinners..When I called and talked to Joe the manager there, said this happens a lot! DUH! and he would take care of it, and would call me when I was refunded..never heard from him, called him again, said he did all he could on his part and could take up to 11 days for a refund..has now been 13, called him again same story!!! He acts like I'm the one who did something wrong, and could care less if I am refunded! I opened a case with them, they sent me a case number, no other response from them. Emailed them again, ignored my email..called corporate, you can only leave a message, left message no response back from them..This is the worse service I have ever received from a business! Will never visit another Red Robin again, Des Peres has ruined that for me. They take out your payment immediately on your credit card, but say it can take up to 11 days to refund! Really? It has been 13 now, Joe said they had to get it approved through their home office? Why? They had the tickets from June 1st, showing I was charged twice at their Des Peres facility. Warning to all out there! Do not try and pay at the billing machines at the tables! Make a waitress run your check!! and most importantly!!! Choose another place to eat!!! Do not go to Red Robin in Des Peres!

Red robin is merely an over-priced fast food restaurant in disguise.They serve your basic hamburger-absolutely nothing special about it.Spend about half your money and have a thickburger at Hardees.If you see a Red Robin restaurant, just drive on.Do not be fooled by a cutesy little restaurant name.

The food is very good but a bit pricey for burgers. The portions are large. Its a nice family restaurant so its a little on the loud side.

Service and food are great; somewhat noisy but fun atmosphere. Great lunch spot for groups or coworkers
