I have had an account here for many many years. The WORST customer service ever. The ONLY nice person here was a manager named like Laurie or Laurell or something. Anyways she was very nice and always tries to help you. One of the only reasons I stayed. If it wasn’t for her I would have gotten so frustrated and p***ed by this bank and canceled in my first week. All the other bankers never do anything to help you and are very rude. Every month there is a new reason why this bank is terrible. Oh and the latest: So I deposit at least $2,000 in to my account monthly. But not at once. Normally like $100 every Monday, and $350 every Friday (on average) plus little 10, 20, 30, 50 you know whatever amount variously. And now I have overdraft protection canceled because I do not deposit an average of $300 monthly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT CRAP!!!!!!!!!! An average, by the way means all your deposits added up divided by the number of times deposited, not total deposit. A LOT of finances are screwed up now. And prior to this, there was something else wrong on a different level EVERY MONTH!!!! Please if you want good customer service and a good bank BEWARE OF PULASKI. Their bankers do not care of your needs (but Laurie the short haired blond was great, BUT THE ONLY NICE ONE) And also, when I say one lady was the only nice one, it’s not like I just talked to her and though oh, she was nice. I have been banking here for years, and NO ONE helps, they are all rude. I have come into contact with the Laurie woman (or whatever her name is) many times and she is the only one that EVER helped. I haven’t seen her in like a year because I gave up on that bank and don’t even know if she is there but Pulaski needs her if they want customers to expect nice bankers.
