Been taking my dogs there since they opened never had a complaint with the service there or with the price for the service they give my dogs and Shannon and her staff are excellent with your pets

DO NOT GO HERE! They treat the dogs terrible and rough. You don’t see what goes on behind the closed doors. It’s awful.

Pretty Paws Rocks !!! The Atmosphere is so Fun, warming, welcoming , and just plane positive Happiness �������� U can't find that anywhere anymore !! It's all about ������������That's it and nothing more!! Well, not here it's about ur dog and how she can save u money !! That's how a grooming salon is supposed to be thank God Pretty Paws, is like this�������� I wouldn't go anywhere else

I love it there! My dog cannot wait to get into pretty paws, Shannon , does excellent job!! She always explains what she does and when we go to pick up she repeats what she said she did and she's very reasonable we love going there and we would never go anywhere else sorry about your experience with your Maltese but it seems like you and your husband keep writing more bad reviews about the same dog

Bobbie collie dog can't wait to go to Pretty Paws and see Shannon. After his visit, we walk down the street and cars stop to give him compliments.

My daughter takes both of her dogs there,and LOVES IT! Shannon takes good care of both. One is large,one is small,and shy. The little fellow runs around and enjoys it there. Reasonble on price,also.

I took my Yorkie/Maltese here for a trim the past weekend and it turned out to be a nightmare. I consistently take my dog to the groomers every 8-10 weeks (a great place called A Walk in the Park), and I have never had any issues. Having just moved to the neighborhood, I thought I would give this place a try since it is so close. I was told it would be 4 hours, and I had to call back after 6 hours to check on my dog. They had told me that they had to completely shave the dog with no guard because the hair was tangled, which they were still doing 6 1/2 hours later when I showed up. So now my dog is completely bald. No heads up, no phone call, they just shaved my dog bald. On top of that I was quoted $36-$42, and I was charged $47. That's almost $50 to shave a 8lb dog bald. Please do yourself a favor and take your dog somewhere else with skilled groomers. I will never return to this place. My poor dog looks ridiculous!

I brought my beagle there for the first time last Saturday. The place was very clean, the employees were very nice. I thought the prices were very reasonable for what they do. They explained everything they were going to do and made sure it was what I wanted. Very impressed...highly recommend.

They didn't listen to anything we said about what we wanted. Our dog was supposed to get a bath and a light trim, because we wanted his hair long for a picture. They almost shaved him bald. It is really uneven, too. Plus, my dog didn't like the place. Normally he's a pretty happy guy when we pick him up from the groomer, but he seemed to hate it here. We just moved to St. Louis and are trying to find someone we like. This isn't the place.
