The worst service department ever, service manager is disorganized and makes promises he can't keep. I had an issue with new cover, Jim said they would be out next day, no show or call. Then when I called he had the audacity to cuss at me when I asked when they would be coming. They never did show up and hired another company.

The staff in the store come off cranky and don't even get up from their seat. Prices are high and service is poor.

We took four bids from various pool companies around the St. Louis area and we made the right choice by choosing Prestige Pools. We love our pool! It turned out beautiful! I cannot think of anything that we aren't happy with! The installers were very courteous and professional and it was obvious they knew what they were doing. Joan and Fran and Connie were a pleasure to work with! Their service has been and continues to be outstanding. I highly recommend Prestige! There is no other pool company I would use!

Our family has done business with Prestige Pools since 1997 when we purchased our spa from them and have used them for our in-ground pool and on-going maintenance as well. The service and attention is always superior and I highly recommend this business.

I'm not a person who complains easily but 2&1/2 years after the install we have had nothing but problems joan will make you feel like your important and a valued customer but don't believe that for a second. They don't backfill with rock around your pool and

we paid an extra 800$ for peers and now all we got is cracked concrete! Oh and if they tell you , you don't need a sump pump DONT believe them. They tried to fix the water issue liner is wrinkled now and now it's my fault be cause I didn't put in a sump pump Joan told us we didn't need!!!! Stay away plenty of pool company's in st louis
