first of all this company failed to show up at my house for any kind of estimate our correspondence or anything. I sent them pictures of my problem like they requested they confirmed they had them 9 days later I still have not seen anybody.when I contacted them today August fifth, one of their talented representatives told me they had not received the pictures, this after a verbal communication that they did. I would not recommend this company for any work you might need because it would probably would take them two months to give you the estimate. I wasted a week waiting to hear from someone and my problem still exists, my porch is still not fixed because I waited to see what they wanted to do. I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau because you guys drop the ball and that really aggravates me to death, no matter what company it is, your service department is non existent. Take my advice bypass prestige business Solutions. For your own peace of mind, even if they didn't get the pictures, they didn't even bother to call to see what I wanted to do for any kind of a follow up. Pictures are not you could have called.
