We have tried the little guy and found they were lacking in the expertise we needed & cannot respond quicly enough. We went on to the big guy and found that the expense was too much as well as the lack of customer service. Precision Scale answers the phone no matter what time of day or night. Someone responds to our emergency needs immediately and always makes sure we are taken care ASAP. A Top Notch company with knowledgable employees in service, sales & their adminstrative staff. They don't always have the lowest prices but they have the reliable products and they back the products up! Highly Recommend Precision Scale & Controls, Inc.
