I visited this nail shop 9-16-18 for the first time for a simple manicure, when the nail tech found out that was all I wanted she became upset and very rude. I jumped and asked her to be careful because she nipped my the side of my finger. she looked at me with a frown on her face and said WHAT??? her customer service was way down hill after that and even lower when I only paid what the service costed. NO TIP. she refused to show me where to dry my nails.

The service is terrible. I witnessed them taking people out of order and skipping a heavy set woman on purpose. There was laughing and playing by the employees. A bad hair female employee was rude when the lady asked about pricing and began to talk about her to a customer. I will NEVER step foot in this circus again. My nails turned out ok. Not worth the mental anguish to go here.

My concern was the service. I ended up getting an older lady, I don't know her name, but she was rough and charged me 25$ for a length that wasn't very long in my opinion. But anyway, I just didn't like her service at all. She came off rude and because of her I won't be going back. But my nails do look really nice.

The staffs are all friendly and kind and environment is relaxed. It does get crowded on weekends, but regardless I have never had to wait too long without a reservation. Good color selection and the quality were great! I always get a reliable, great manicure/pedicure here. It's reasonable and at least fairly comfortable, and the staff is friendly. The salon is so clean.

LOVE IT! I am very comfortable in this new place. The decor is cute and the massage chairs as well as the regular chairs are comfy. In addition, the shop is very clean, friendly, and they always get me in quickly even as a walk-in- great price and quality work! Some of the girls even remember my name. Kayla is great and she pays attention to detail when I get shellac, like making sure none of the shellac gets on my skin so it doesn't peel and it lasts longer. My nails are brittle, so when I don't get shellac they always use a nail strengthening base coat and it definitely makes a difference. I've never had an issue with anyone nicking my cuticles and making me bleed or anything. I also got my eye lashes and eye brown done. They did it perfect. I gave these technicians the reviews because I just really think these girls deserve a shout out for being consistently pleasant and skilled. If you a big fan of gel nails, this is the best place in University City. I am so glad I finally find a place where I can go and feel like home.
