I used them for bug problem at my dad's home. Steve, the company owner came out and assessed the problem, course of action and explained what he would do and why he was doing it. He never made us feel that this problem was our fault and explained why the remedies we had been using were ineffectual. He was always on time, very thorough and followed up with us during and after the service. The problem we had tried to get rid of for a decade, was done by Pioneer Pest Control in 2 weeks! I actually saw an 80% reduction of the bugs in the first week. They have never returned in the 2 years of the service.

Seriously, my experience with Pioneer Pest Management was above excellent. After one visit, I was sold, and have given them my quarterly business to keep the bugs out of my house.



After my experience, i felt compelled to tell everyone I know about them; my parents, friends, neighbors, etc., because I care about those people and i know that PPM will take good care of them!



I gotta go, because I have more sites to tell the world wide web just how great PPM is, otherwise I would continue to rave about them here.

I live out in prime mole territory in West County. I had Pioneer Pest Control out two years ago. They visited frequently through the spring, summer, and early fall to empty, move, and reset traps. Prices were comparable or better to what we'd paid in the past with two or three different services.



They offed several of those nasty things. Since then, the mole activity is minimal and controllable on my own. It's virtually impossible "win" the war on moles. Not sure what Pioneer did different than other services, but Pioneer was able to beat back the mole forces to the point where it's no longer a pitched battle. Judging by the activity this year, it looks like it'll still be pretty minimal again reative to previous years. I've no doubt that they'll be able to make a comeback in ensuing years. And when they do, I'll simply call Pioneer again. No question about it.

I was very up front and stated I probably couldn't do business with this company because I rent a townhouse and couldn't get the help I needed from the office. Steve was very professional and guided me to a solution I could do myself. If you're looking for a pest control company, this is the most honest and easy to work with I've ever found! Thanks Steve!

We were hearing wall noises at night. It was very annoying. We suspected mice had gotten into the interior bedroom wall. i checked YP.COM and called Pioneer Pest. Steve and Tom were prompt, cheerful & courteous. They thoroughly investigated the situation / wall. They even got on the roof to find out how / where the critter(s) were getting into the house. They returned with a game plan to eliminate the mice. Their solution worked like majic. No noises, no odor. I would highly recommend this company. They worked around our schedules and the price was right.

We traded referrals for a year or so, just before I left the pest control company that I was working with. He was an excellent strategic partner for me, because I knew that the customers that were sent his way were always happy.
