Worst infertility Clinic in St Louis. IF I could give this place a zero star rating i would the Owner Becky is a con she clams that her practice of 25 years has the lowest prices for IUI witch is a joke. My wife and I went to this place because it was a referral witch was a bad choice. We went to this place and had a sit down witch cost $100.00 for 30 min witch my wife and I where OK with it, Now things started out good but when I asked Becky why she did not do most of the services under one roof things got ugly. I asked why did we have to pay her $500 for two ultrasounds that My wife's OBGYN could do. Becky gave this long speech as it just could not be done because of coverage I told her that it would be covered under our insurance if the OBGYN she had my wife transfer to did them. She then begins to argue with me and tell me that i'm wrong and she that can not read any other doctors ultrasounds but her own that is why she performs them. so I left it alone until my wife came home and told me that when the ultrasounds where preformed that they where not done by Becky but by someone else that she has come in to preform them for her. so I called back and asked what was the deal and was not given any answer now at this point i'm completely livid because i feel that i was lied to I go on to voice more things that i thought where kinda strange and asked her why are all the blood test and perceptions under the OBGYNS name and not hers ?? she tells me that that's just the way they work and that I need to stay in my place and that things work better when there is only one person involved in everything and I just needed to stay out of it all and let me wife handle it all. Now i'm seeing Fire form the amount of disrespect and unprofessionalism I told her that I would not be treated like i'm just a sperm Donor you are working with MY wife and I'm the One cutting the Checks for this. she then went on to become very disrespectful and told my wife that if i did not back off she did not think that she could work with her. So out of respect and Love for my Wife I took a back seat. Now On the day of the IUI appointment Becky was trying to leave me out of the room when My wife and My child was possibly going to be conserved if it where not for my wife requesting that I be allowed in the room with her Becky would not have allowed me back. I warn you this place is a rip off they say there the cheapest there not for the amount we where charged for treatment was over kill I even asked this lady if a different OB could do the Ultrasounds and she told me that she could not read another doctors ultrasound but yet she dose not even perform her own labs are Ultrasound work she outsources. I asked can she just perform the IUI and she told my wife that it would not be advised to if the work was not done with the outsource doctors she knows.All in all If you want to deal with a Infertility place that outsources then this is the place for you if not and you want to deal with people that care and that will deal with both Husband and wife then go elsewhere. $1000 for nothing paid to this Office. Im not trying to bash this place but clearly someone must speak the dirty truth about this owner Im a firm believer in god and I see the best in everyone but this lady is no good and they need to be exposed for the frauds they are. My wife and I have moved on and found a new Place that dose everything under one roof and that is way cheaper. who btw deals with us both. IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH FRAUDS YOU GET WHAT YOU GET YOU HAVE BEEN WARNEDI also put a review on the BBB web page about this company and it was removed By the owner. The truth will not be masked if I can help anyone from making a mistake as we did Im going to spared our exp. getting ripped off Is devastating and putting your trust in someone that's supposed to be there to help you and not hurt you is important.
