I cant tell you enough on how happy Padda has made me! I have dealt with super dark hair for ages. Already after just 3 treatments hair is going away!! Its absolutley amazing. I dont have to shave as often and you can see where the hair has fallen out. Im seriously going to do my whole body. I can see why people love it here. The staff is great, the treatments work and it is so quick. I love it!!

I enjoyed and love the services I received at Padda Institute - Center for Aesthetic and Laser Medicine! Their customer service is awesome and friendly like the full yellow moon and their staff has good communication skills. I was there for Astanza Trinity Laser Tattoo Removal and am very pleased with my results thus far.
Therefore I made it a personal choice to give them this feedback, I think I should get my friends down here.

Love it here. The girls are very nice and inviting. Totally made me feel at ease. I too have read the reviews before coming in and now i have no idea what anyone is talking about. I worked as an esthetician and have learned that you cant make everyone happy. Its unfortunate but if you are a busy business like the one i have worked at you are bound to get a few bad seeds that want to do nothing but slander you. I hope these reviews dont deter people from coming here because not only is it a great deal but you'll love everything about this place. A few suggestions: come on time, they are thw only ones working there so they greet you, check you in check you out and do the treatments, i feel they need a receptionist but they do a great job either way. If you are late you cannot be mad it is your fault not theirs. Second:pay attention to what they have to say. Anyone that wants laser hair removal done should do their research. It will take more than the 6 you get with Groupon. They give you until the end of your package to add more for a great price. I was not sure myself but they weren't lying i needed more. If you dont it will be patchy. But again they tell you about that in the beginning. Third: the place is super clean. When i go into the room there are always fresh linens and thw girl used these sanitary wipes on everything. Fourth: i have been to two other laser places before here and you all wont believe the deal that you are getting here. Even with the extra sessions. So to all the people that are so unhappy here good luck not paying 10 times more for maybe not the best results or maybe the same results. P.S I left this on the yelp site too, but it looks like yelp only post mainly negative reviews :(

Love the Padda institute! The girls are super welcoming as soon as you walk in and make you feel really comfortable while doing an awkward laser hair reduction area. I have seen wonderful results! As a dark haired girl i have battled unwanted hair my whole life. It is so nice to be rid of it especially at such a low price. I am telling everyone to come here!

i got a groupon as a gift. And the first thing i did was read the reviews so needless to say i was really thinking about not going. But when i called and asked a few questions the girl on the phone really put me at ease, so i decided to go in. I am so so happy i decided to see for my self. Because the technician was so nice and explained all in detail to me how it works and what i would see after my first treatment and it is exactly like she said! I saw two girls there and they were so nice and patient with all my questions. I dont understand the bad feedback except that maybe not enought people write nice things out there when they have a good experience like i did! My mom got this for me and im talking her into getting something done now. Downside is that they are super busy and are the only ones that answer phones, book appointments and do the actual procedure. So i would say they are ran pretty ragged. I would reccomend the owner getting a receptionist. That is my only complaint though.

My wife bought me a groupon for laser hair removal and I was a bit nervous to go. When I went to my appt. the girls that were at the front desk were very nice and professional I felt very welcomed. Once the girl that was doing my hair removal came and got me she was also very nice and professional I saw great results and I would definitely do more areas now that I know its not painful and it works!

I usually don't write reviews, but my experiences here warranted one.



I received laser hair removal for six secessions. The removal was successful, but the staff was not.



Paying the prices of LHR one would expect phone calls to be answered for appointment settings, a professional and courteous staff, and scheduling availabity.



Out of all the cosmetic centers in the area I would highly recommend going else where.



The staff was pompous and rude when I asked questions. One girl rolled her eyes at me for asking why plucking in between treatments was bad. A very simple question.

I have been getting hair removal done at another place for my underarms and it was always extremely painful and it always seemed like they were in a hurry. I was kinda apprehensive of purchasing Padda Institutes groupon because I was not familiar with their business. I went ahead and bought it and I have had 2 treatments on my upper lip and chin and I love the results and the girls are amazing. They walked me through the procedure step by step and answered every question that I had. Not to mention the office is beautiful!! I would recommend the Padda Institute to anyone.
