Horrible service, they care more about upselling then they care about helping their customers. Go somewhere else.

A week after paid nearly $400 for one pair of glasses (even though a two for one promotion was running) I went into this office to complain that the vision in the right lense was blurry. I was told that no one was around to address the problem and that somebody would call me. That was 5 days ago and I am still waiting for a callback. I'd recommend aproaching this place with total caution.

I recently returned to Overland Optical for an eye exam, and new glasses. I was very pleased with the exam process, and the extra time and care the eye doctor spent to also answer questions I had specific to my vision, and medications I use.

When looking for frames, the opticians helped me choose a new, quality frame that looks great on me, and I was told about a new kind of digitally-ground lens, which makes the prescription wrap further into the peripheral vision area, without as much added thickness to my lenses as in normally ground lenses. After my new glasses were ready, I could see a definite improvement from my previous glasses. They are great! Thank you Overland Optical staff! Paul

I’ve been going to Overland Optical Family Eye Care since it first opened in Overland. They are always friendly and each optician seems personally concerned that my glasses are just right - the right style, the right color, the right size, the right fit - for me. They obviously really know what they are doing. I always get complements when I get a new pair of glasses. When I hear people talk about their experiences with big chain optical stores, I am convinced that Overland Optical Family Eye Care is exceptional. Their motto “Built on Quality - Focused on Service” says it all.

I was very impressed with Overland Optical Family Eye Care. It's been a couple of years since my last visit, but the staff is still attentive, friendly and caring. The ladies at the front desk greeted me with a smile and the Dr's assistant was efficient and friendly as well. Dr. Schmitz is thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions. I was glad to see the updates in equipment -- we went over the pictures of my eye and she will keep them on file to compare during future visits! When it was time to look for my glasses, I had lots of choices in both styles and price ranges. Plus I was able to get my glasses the same day. Overall a great experience.
