Yesterday I went to Oakdale Cemetary because my friend was recently buried here in July 2010. I was originally told he was buried in section 29. So I looked & looked, but never found him. So I went to the office to see if I had the correct information. The woman tells me well you probably wont find him, but let me look him up. So I gave her the name of my friend & when he was buried. She comes back & gives me a map & a card with his info on it. So I go searching for his grave. The grave that I found wasn't his. Now she gave the exact location to where my friend should of been. She gave me the section, row & grave number. This was not my friend. I had to call my friends mother to ask her exactly where he is buried. His mother told me exactly where he is & it was nowhere near the location the woman at the office gave me. This is completely unprofessional. How can they maintain a cemetary when they don't even have the correct information to where people are buried? Families should be warned. Do not bury your relatives here. You'll be putting flowers on somebody else grave like I almost did!!!
