I moved here in December of 2015 and I can't wait till November so that it'll be my last month living here and having to give these unprofessional and con artists my hard earned money!!! I'm an African American woman and so they clump us all together. I'm a nurse, I have degrees me moving her was a quick non thinking move but more so of the footage. I was also going through a divorce and my mother and god mother were both dying at the same time!!! I was not thinking!!!!! PLEASE DONT MAKE THIS MOVE!!!! They don't do anything they seem to advertise which I didn't or don't ask them to, however I know others who moved in after me who absolutely HATE it as well!!! Folks pull in in their cars all times of the morning blasting their radios, peace disturbance right!! They don't even freaking live over here!!! U can't even rest on a Saturday morning!!! My 12 witnessed a man being killed amongst other ratchet behaviors. Kids tear up ANY and everything, even dishes that's installed in the ground!!! I've NEVER lived in a place like this EVER!!! Kids run in the streets and where are the parents??? Oh and let's not forget they'll get your car towed for just being on a flat... yeah don't make this your home it'll be a BIG MISTAKE

Money hungry people you want exactly know what you be paying for until you actually except the offer. Wait of time and very unprofessional they cash my money orders without me even getting into a unit yet. Then had the nerve to tell me I have to wait 30 days to get my deposit back and they was keeping 150 of my dollars for some admission fee I wasn't aware of till it was time to sign my lease. But to put the icing on the cake I got approve for the townhome and got a move in date of Saturday July 23,2016. So she call a day before and try to pull you got an eviction on ur credit n I ask how so when I got approve for the apartment. She gave me some type of bs but these people are a bush of ripoffs. Don't waste ur time or money. If I could have no starts I would submit it just like that.

DONT MOVE HERE. ITS THE WORST PLACE EVER. THE SO CALL GROWN WOMEN IN THE OFFICE ARE RUDE AND LAZY , DONT DO NOTHING. MAINTAINCE SUCKS. BOTTOM LINE DONT MOVE HERE I PROMISE IT WILL BE YOUR WORST MISTAKE EVER.

DO NOT RENT HERE!! This place is not a good place to live if you're trying to live peacefully.. They have sewer problems. The maintenance is horrible.. Today for example its going to feel like 106° with heat index, their pool hasn't even opened for the season.. The inspector hasn't come yet.. I mean really?? What are the kids supposes to do?? They advertise a pool but they don't open it.. It's full of water i guess to make themselves look good.. Smh!! Stay clear of that place..

I am currently live in this place and I must say I can not wait till my lease is up. Since I been living here I been having maintenance issues. And eeverytime I call their maintenance hotline they are rude and they take their time coming to see what the problem is. They let ppl hang out in the hallways and outside making very loud noises. No one in the office care to hear about your complaints. I've had plumbing issues and I been calling about that for a week and a half and NO ONE came to fix the problem. I will not recommend this place to anyone! They just want your money but don't want to fix minor issues. They are careless. If they have a special running pass it up its so not worth the stress this place will put on you.

Non Smokers beware! You cannot have a smoke free environment even in your own apartment! I have chronic bronchitis...I cannot even eat dairy because the mucus clogs me up measing with my bbreathing. There people that smoke in the hallways and it comes into the apartment so much that I am coughing up mucus. I have told these people about the issue and they have done NOTHING!My next line of action is filing a complaint to the BBB and if necessary getting a laywer because this is a serious health issue that they do not take seriously. So please for your own good save your money and take it somewhere else where at least you will be respected!
