I absolutely hate Joe K used cars I got a car from them and I had a warranty on the car where they told me to take it to they won't even look at the car. Then when I went back up there the man was telling me that I could get a check endorse it and not get what I paid for the car, and that's a big loss and I'm not going for it.

They are best in car dealership

Do you"ll think that I should go to O-K to get a nice vehical without any PROBLEM. Are look somewhere else?

I bought a car from them & the motor went out of it in 2 weeks, paid 1/2 to have motor fix, 1 week later motor went out again. They took the car back & stated that the car was un-fixable, so they let me trade

They did not want to credit any of the money I spent to have the motor fixed on the first car. So I went to the BBS {Better Business Service} they finally gave me half of what I spent on fixing the motor, took them 6 months or so to do so.

My 2nd car was a piece of trash also, that car had 100 million problems, it went out out on as soon as I paid that last car note.I was late 1 month with and only had to pay my last car note, they sent the repo guys in to get my car.

I talked to them & they let me off with me paying $200 to the repo. I only owed them $250, I had already talked to them stated I was going to be up there to pay my last note the next day, they said OK, but still sent in repo.

So I was out of an extra $250 + 1/2 of what they credited to my account, spent $600 to have motor fixed, only got back 1/2 $300.



I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

I've been dealing with ok for years. I've never had any issues with major things going wrong with the cars i've gotten from them. They work with you when it comes to making payments and the don't do credit checks! Of course you should always have the vehicle your interested in inspected because it is a used car lot!

MY SON BROUGHT A CAR THERE IN MAY. THE MUFFLER SYSTEM WAS DUCT TAPED ON!! BALD TIRES, FRONT END PROBLEMS. AND THEY GAVE HIM AN INSPECTION PAPER THAT THE CAR HAD PASSIED. AFTER HE HAD DRIVEN IT A COUPLE TIMES THE MUFFLER HEATED UP ENOUGH TO MELT THE DUCT TAPE, AND THE MUFFLER SYSTEM FELL OFF. THE ENGINE IS STARTING TO KNOCK HARD! THIS PLACE IS THE ULTIMATE RIPOFF AND TAKES ADVANTAGE OF THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE BAD OR NO CREDIT. BEWARE.
