Fast-forward to yesterday 3/27/2016 Easter Sunday and I really needed to get an oil change so I decided to give NTB another shot. I go online and see their closed for the holiday so I proceed to schedule an appointment for the next day at 6p because I work till 5p. I get there about 5:30ish and I'm skipped in line after waiting for roughly 15-20 minutes. No biggie so then the guy gets to me and I say I have an appointment at 6p, he says Carter right and I say yessir. He says gow did you make your appointment? I said online and he says sorry we don't take online appointments after 6p. I've been checking the system all day and I didn't see yours in here, when did you book it? I said yesterday and I have a confirmation email. He then says I can get you in but it'll be over an if you want to wait. I said that's unacceptable is who is the manager on duty? He's gone for the day and I said fine I'll take corporates number please. Per corporate it's 24-48 hours to get a response. Unbelievable!

A few months ago I went to NTB location on W Florissant for an oil change and I was told that a free tire rotation came with it. I knew that since I was a walk-in that I would be waiting for a while. After I realized that everyone else was done and gone and that my car was still sitting in the same spot I asked how much longer would the wait be and the guy there told me that my car was ready. So I sat there basically for an hour waiting for no reason and when I got in my car my tire rotation alert popped on the screen again and I asked why didn't they rotate my tires and the guy said we did. So he then followed me to my car to see for himself that it wasn't done and then said oh we didn't do it because you need new tires. Now me having a previous sales background would think if you specialize in tire sales why not make me aware and try and sale me tires. Unbelievable! So I leave disappointed needless to say.
