Absolutely horrible customer service. Had an adjuster by the name of Ray call and attempt to "explain" why they denied a claim for a cow that hit our vehicle, causing extensive damage. His demeanor was very cocky and very rude. He became combative and was very unprofessional. I would highly recommend that if you are considering hiring this company as a 3rd party adjuster for your insurance claims, that you shop elsewhere. They are NOT customer friendly.
