Great experience at Nayak plastic surgery - PA Molly was very knowledgeable and professional, listened to my concerns. Front desk staff and staff in the back were very loud talking to one another while I was in the waiting room, which interfered with the ambiance and professionalism of the practice.

My service provider was excellent. I purchased a service (IPL) that I was unfamiliar with. I could tell that she wasn't sure it was the service I needed. We talked and decided I might want to try something else to meet my needs first. I appreciated the honesty and advice on how to accomplish my specific needs.

I had an Essential Facial with Lucy. She seemed competent and was helpful in selecting the appropriate add ons for me.

I see LUCY She is upbeat, beautiful, professional, and thorough each time. I receive great service from the moment I walk in until I leave. EVERYONE is courteous and friendly.

Raquel is amazing! Katelyn (spelling) lacks the ability to make patients feel like she is accommodating their needs.

Overall I rate the doctor/clinical staff as excellent. My appointment, however, was with an Aesthetician to learn about Jane Iredale cosmetics and SkinCeuticals Antioxidants. Aesthetician was at least 30 minutes late for my appointment and offered no apology. While I think she did an excellent job, we were interrupted 3 times by the same person, reaching in front of me to borrow makeup and brushes for another client. The third time she knocked over everything and had to lean into me to pick everything up. I felt I was being rushed out when another client came in and was announced. Not at all the special feeling I get when I come to this office. Still, I purchased close to $400. worth of makeup. I like both lines, but will probably just order online next time.

Lucy is just all around fantastic! She does a great job and has become a friend in my book. I look forward to seeing her for my derma-planing monthly. I highly recommend her.

All the clinical staff were helpful when providing me which information on your products. I do encourage that they try all products or services so they will have first hand knowledge to help them sell it.

Rachel is a excellent nurse. I an usually nervous about needles, but she has a way of making you feel very comfortable and at ease. She always does an excellent job. Thanks Rachel.

Lucy was wonderful. Besides being very nice, she was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I will certainly be back for another Banana Peel.

Molly was amazing! Very understanding and absolutely no pressure to do anything I did not want to do right away.

I actually did not see Dr. Nayak, but did see Racquel Frisella for an IPL procedure. She was excellent, informative, had wonderful follow up and I could not be more please with the results. I have recommended Racquel and your practice to several friends without the slightest hesitation. I look forward to coming back for more treatments in the future.
