Lucy explained each procedure prior to performing it. All questions were answered as well as suggestions made throughout the procedures.

Jennifer did my tear trough filler procedure and was absolutely phenomenal. She took as much time as was needed to get the results perfect, allowing me breaks to regroup periodically. She was very gentle, as I have no bruising and negligible swelling. The results look fantastic. I highly recommend her. The staff could not have been more attentive. Overall, a fantastic experience with everyone involved, and I love the outcome.

RN was very nice and apologetic because Dr. Nayak was running behind. She even gave me a candle since I had to wait a little longer than usual. Results from treatment were great.
