STAY AWAY!!!! Pretty much the worst experience ever. I came in for a simple eyebrow wax. I specifically told her the designated areas where I wanted hair removed and she seemed to understand. She then put the wax on and off my eyebrows went. She complained as she was putting the wax on that my brows were thin, I knew this but there was still enough hair to have it waxed and I had an arch. After she finished I looked and to my dismay, she had removed my base, taken away my arch and left me with pencil thin brows. This was completely unacceptable. I initially paid and went on my way but I didn't even get to the car before I realized I wanted my money back. I asked to speak with the manager and explained how unhappy I was with the wax job. The woman who did it came over and in broken English tried to justify what she had done. May I add that she also showed me e wax strips. I told her that was irrelevant and I wanted my money back. She proceeded to start arguing and saying my brows were already then and she,yes I said she, created a scene. I showed her before and after pictures of what my eyebrows looked Iike and compared them to how they look now. Then another woman jumped in trying to justify what her coworker had done. After all that ruckus, I told her I didn't come here to argue but to get my money back. She gave it back to me and I bolted. Word to the wise, these people probably aren't licensed and don't take any responsibility nor show any remorse for what they do wrong. Take your money, and better yet your brows elsewhere!
