Completely disappointed with their service. After asking them to do my taxes, it took them 6 months before I had to remind them that they had my file. In short, they forgot that they were suppose to do my file. In addition to that, the accountant asked me to provide information in a very staggered way. This unfortunately prolonged the process. If that wasn't enough, when the owner couldn't get in touch with me a couple of times (twice only), the owner got mad at me and tried to blame me for prolonging the completion of the tax return.



You want more:

1. They do not give the feeling that they are on your side or trying to help you alleviate some tax liability. They will only do your taxes with no recommendations or strategies that you would expect from an experienced accountant on your team.



2. The owner is hardly there and do not empower his employees to make any decisions, finalize tax returns, or make business related decisions.



3. The place is usually very disorganized with paperwork from multiple clients in the same piles.



Needless to say, my recommendation is to stay clear of this business. In fact, I would not call it a business at all. It is a dictatorship ran by a man that should have retired in the 19th century. His company is not the best company to lead you or your business towards a promising financial future.
