The Saturday before Christmas 2019, I reserved a laptop online at the Brentwood MO store. I walked into the store an hour after reserving the product, went to the pickup counter where there was only one person in front of me, and was greeted professionally. The gentleman walked to the shelf and retrieved my laptop, I paid, and was professionally addressed as my purchase was completed. Presto! In and out in 10 minutes! Great store, service, and experience. Highly recommend the store in Brentwood MO.

sorry they're out for the mighty dollar deals as you ee it as a scam to general public not to every1 but limiting items to 1 customer

Pack a box lunch. Waited 1 hr to pick up a computer that they said was ready, couldn't wait any longer, had to leave without it and waste more gas to go back the next day for a 2 hour wait. Most inefficient customer service process at the "Knowledge Bar" I have ever seen.

If support is important to you, I would not choose Micro Center. I made a purchase and had a quick question on my way home concerning support and services. After a half hour waiting on the phone, and trying every conceivable option to get a live person, I was automatically transferred to a full voice mailbox. I drove back to the store and found Micro Center charges almost $70 for a service offered free at almost every other competing retailer. Two employees confirmed there's been ongoing issues with phone coverage, but when I talked to the manager, he acted like this was an isolated incident. This does not bode well. Buyer beware!

I really like this place because all of the employees are very nice and helpful. I've only had great experiences when I shop at this store.
