I had a procedure done initially elsewhere and was extremely disappointed. Dr. Koo and her staff proved to me that I could and would appreciate their efforts to improve my appearance. I am very glad I accepted their help. Awesome! Great!

My overall experience with Dr. Koo and her staff has been a positive one. I trust Dr. Koo's opinion. My skin looks and feels great. I thought when I came in that she would immediately say I need surgery. Dr. KOO wants to do everything she can to get you looking better and said I may never need surgery. Dr. Koo said my skin looked dry and dull kind of tired. She has really helped the look, texture and feel of my skin without anything drastic. I am now. Considering some filler for my lines around my mouth and lip.

Friendly office staff. I felt like they did try to accomodate my work and work travel schedule.

I am very happy with the results. My husband is also very happy with my results. He said he didnt care if I had the surgery before I had it, now, he says he loves they way they look and feel. I did not have the surgery for him. I had the surgery for me.

I do not have any complaints about the services provided. All the staff from the receptionist to doctor were exceptionally friendly and professional. Dr. Koo was very receptive to how you felt and what you wanted. Likewise, she wasnt working in her best interest but yours, you and solely you. You are the focal point. Overall, I couldnt imagine a better experience and am thoroughly happy with the surgery and the results.

I can not say enough about Dr. Koo, Joanne and the other staff members. They immediately put you at ease. My results are fabulous and I would have no problem recommending Dr. Koo.

So, I turned 40 six months ago. For myself, I made an appointment with Dr. Koo. The firsdt visit she went over all my 'face options', she gave me choices. She talked about my skin, Botox and a little filler. I chose not to do anything that day. A month later I called the office and made another appointment. I decided to start on some of her Skin Brilliance and have a little botox and some filler. Dr. Koo recommended 3 products and only did the Botox. She said 'start slow'. Dont give anyone an opportunity to tell I had anything done. I was shocked! That made so much sense. On my follow up Botox check Dr. Koo did a small amount of filler. I was very worried I would look like a Beverly Hills Housewife or a Duck. It looks amazing. People are commenting how great I look and none of them have a clue. It's not that I care if anyone knows it's just that I cant believe she took that much time to be sure it was perfect for me and that I felt comfortable moving forward. I Love my new softer look. My skin looks great and with only a few products. I wanted to look better and thats exactly what she did.
