It never fails. Whenever I order a quarter pounder, I explain that "I want it plain, no cheese, nothing on it but pickles and tomatoes." Everytime, the cook makes the burger with cheese. Does McDonalds franchise owners just hire stupid people? This behavior occurs at many locations.

I visit this store at times since it's close to work. I find it very slow at times exspelly going thru the dirve thru.

Went there Fri (11-26-10) w/a friend & went thru the drive thru. Got back to work & found out my friends mushroom/swiss angus burger DID NOT HAVE ANY MUSHROOMS on it.

I ordered the mighty kids meal, when at the window, had to ask me if I wanted a boy or girls gift. ALSO DID NOT GIVE ME A STAW FOR MY DRINK.



the help & service at this store needs some help. Thankfully it wasn't busy due to the holiday.



Last time I went there, the line was going out on service road for drive thru so came in & ordered thinking it would be faster.

It was someBUT...... as I was getting my drink they called my # & by the time I got up to the reg. some one else HAD TAKEN my meal & they had to make me a new one which was a special order. I also ordered 3 choclet chip cookies & had to ask for those as they weren't in w/my order either.

we only get 30 min for lunch & when we spend 15-20 min in line & getting our food, we have no time to eat it when we get back to the office. Not allowed to eat at desk.
