Bought a stainless cooktop for 350 bucks. After about a month of used never used oven turned on stove cooktop cracks. Was promised another stove waited 2 weeks. Finally another stove shows up coil cooktop scratched up and dented. Call told that I was very unhappy with what I received for 350 bucks was told this was all they had and that they were working with me. I don't consider this working with a customer for $350 for a scratched and dented stove

Appliance still under warranty. freezer not working. Told repair person would come Friday. Three weeks now , no repair person. Staff don't think I should be upset. Lost all food in freezer.
