I have a 2014 Town & Country wheelchair conversion van. My exhaust pipe got rusty and fell off. I took it to my mechanic. He said the original pipe had been altered, take it to CarX. CarX said "we can't help you. Meineke muffler couldn't help me, They suggested Matt's Muffler. Matt was my last chance. Matt built a new exhaust pipe and had it finished in a couple hours. When it was time to renew my tags I didn't pass my emission test because I needed cataylac converters. I paid over 400 to get them fixed or replaced or whatever.My check engine light was back on in a few weeks and I didn't think anything of it because I just thought it was a new problem even though my truck runs great. Finally after a couple months I took it to a few places to see why my check engine light was back on and they ALL said it was my cataylac converters. So I took it back to them and they were very cruel and mean and was stressing how my warranty expired. Even after I explained to them that my check engine light literally was back on in about 2-3 weeks. If I would have known any better I would have immediately took it straight back to them right then and there. But because people were telling my how good they were I was simply just giving them the benefit of the doubt by just assuming it wasn't my catalac convertors that I just paid to have fixed. And now here it is again time to renew my tags and I need my catalac converters done again and so I just feel like I was totally screwed out of my money!!!!!
