Worst massage place I've visited. Unscrupulous business practices and marginal service. You're better off visiting the massage places in the mall.

This is for the Massage Luxe on Olive across from TGI Friday's. Made an appt for my husband's birthday present a week in advance, was given specific name of therapist who would be providing the service. Hubby shows up, they do not have him down for the appt, claimed nobody by the name I was given was working there, and did not have any other time available that day. Also gave his appt time to another man whose name started with the same letter of the alphabet.



I called to complain after hubby came home very downcast. Got hold of a brainless ditz who didn't know her a** froma hold in the ground. Forget these incompetents, they can't be bothered to properly write down an appt.

Staff is very nice, but I have had the same experience as below. I travel a lot and don't have the time to ever use my massages. i have been paying for 5 months and have not used 1 of them. When i went in to cancel they said that i would lose all the massages i did not use. I said that's ridiculous i have not use any of them. So the staff said to wait and call corporate so i did. They then had the manager call me. So the Manager of that store called me and you would think they would be understanding . He talked to me like a child. i asked for maybe a gift card for the ones i didnt use. He said i'll tell you what you can do, You can use them all this month. he was an A#$ to say the least. Then i asked for his name he would not give me his last name. I asked for his supervisors number he wouldnt give it to me. Then i asked just to cancel. And after i drove all the way up there yesterday to cancel. He told me he would not do it over the phone that i can send a letter or drive back up there. Are you kidding Meeeeeeee WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF.

Staff was sweet when I started a membership....but boy did that change when I said I wanted to cancel it. Attitude totally changed and were ignorant about the fact that my husband had been laid off and would not be able to afford it.
