I was a new client last month & arrived early for the free "Hydroluxe Therapy", which I recommend, as it was so wonderful, like nothing I've ever experienced. I was Cynthia's 1st client of the day & received the best deep tissue massage ever! I found the personnel to be very friendly & they didn't pressure me into buying a membership. Before I left I bought a couple of their candles to take home to remind me of how excellent my experience was, the scents are so soft & gentle. I highly recommend this location & definitely plan on returning.

I've been a massage luxe member for over a year but never visited this location until Oct 2013. It's now my favorite! Naomi the receptionist has a lovely and soothing phone voice and was very welcoming and helpful. The esthetician - K. Kalimba Kindell - was AMAZING. She's now the only person I want to see for facials, and I have had about one a month from different locations throughout the city. The treatment she provided was professional and personalized. She was comprehensive without being so business-like that it took away from the spa experience. I had a restful time and my skin looks and feels great. I love the free parking in the back of the building too, and can't wait to go back! :)

Nothing but great things to say about this place. My fiance bought us both the introductory Groupon offer ($35 for a one hour massage with 15 minute hydroluxe). I realized it was about to expire the day before we would no longer be able to use them. Not only were they able to get two female therapists together for a couple's massage, but they fit us in that very day & helped us get settled in quickly as we were running a few minutes behind. I had spoken to one of the owners on the phone when I made the appointments & she helped us in as soon as we arrived. My fiance was VERY happy with his massage with Coraletha and I had the privilege of being worked on by Alice. Alice was very attentive to my needs & reacted accordingly when I wanted more/less pressure. I feel the owners are managing the spa very well & would definitely recommend this business to a friend!

Poorly managed facility. I wouldn't waste my time nor money here again.

I really enjoy attending this Massage Luxe. Corletha, is a great massagist. I have only had a great experience. I would recommend this Massage Luxe to anyone who desires great and friendly service.

Coraletha is the best massage therapist I've ever had and I've been having massages for 30 years. I have severe hip and spine problems and she gave me more relief and longer lasting relief than 2 doctors and 2 physical therapists. I've never had anything but great service from the front desk staff. They remembered me and called me by name and never messed up any of my appointments over a 3 month period. I'd still be there if I hadn't moved across the state.

I have had more than my share of massages, and I just had the best one of my life tonight. Tasha at the Massage Luxe on South Grand almost put me to sleep with the massage she gave me. I had been to a couple other locations and competitors and I was satisfied, but hadn't found that one massage therapist who seemed like they gave 110% and left me thinking about my next massage. I was so impressed that I already made my next appointment with Tasha.



I had seen a negative review about this location on Yelp, so I wasn't sure about whether I would get good service or not. The review must have been written when it first opened because I was treated like gold. The ladies at the front desk were very polite and I couldn't have asked for better customer service.



I would recommend this location to anyone and I am recommending Tasha to everyone I know. I would say she is probably one of the best massage therapists in St. Louis (just my opinion).

Please stay clear of this Massage Luxe! It is a horrible managed facility along with border line massage therapists! I went to this new location after my home location did not have a 2 hour appointment available for a couple's father's day massage. After calling around I thought I was lucky to find S. Grande had an opening, boy was I wrong. When I received a call confirming my appointment they told me that they were calling to confirm my 90 minute appointment. I reiterated at that time that the 90 minutes was incorrect and I had booked 2 hours! They confirmed that was correct. On the day of the appointment I returned for them to tell me the massage was booked for 90 minutes, I was about to flip. They again, said oh wait a minute it's 2 hours. Once I was in the room I asked the ther. how long the massage would be...both said 90 minutes. What a lack of communication. After they went up front to check for me my therapist came back to me to tell me I was correct it was 2 hours. Can you guess when they completed the massage.... at 90 minutes!!! I returned to the front desk infuriated at this point. They were actually going to still charge me for 2 hours!?? The recep. stated she had to check with the manager to see if I could just pay the 90 minutes?! The manager never came out to apologize, the front desk lady had no brain and the therapist had no massage skills, was all over the place, and lazy. Please, please, please I'm begging you to go to a different facility!!
