Provided by YP.comMost the therapists are kind and really want the best for their clients but it's a chain and the goal is money. And time is money... You're rushed to get in, have a short consult with your therapist, and rushed to get out. A few of the reception staff are very helpful but several are either unpleasant, seem lost, or down right rude. And you often see the owner huffing around cussing under his breath and adding to the feeling of being unwelcome and unwanted. While other Massage Envy's may be different, I will never again return to this one. Too rushed, and too rude. The owner could take a lesson in relaxation and manners from the front desk who are helpful.
