I got a gift certificate to one of these Envy places, not the Manchester one, but I went to one in Sunset Hills. Since they are a cookie cutter chain, my remarks apply to all of these franchises as they are all pretty much the same carbon copies. They advertise "1 hour massage" but be aware it is really just a measly 45 minute massage. From the time I started filling out the forms (2 pages ugh!) till I got dressed to leave it was just at one hour. They include your getting undressed and form filling time as part of this "hour". Hmmm I always thought an hour meant 60 MINUTES, not 45. The massage felt like a speed-dating massage, rushed and sloppy. What's the saying, ya get what ya pay for. If you want a cheap, budget massage this is the place. You most likely won't get very relaxed, but place was real clean, linens were comfy. I'd rather pay more and get more elsewhere. They pressured me to be a "member" like health clubs that want ya to pay every month and hope lots of you do not show up and then they get the breakage. I'd rather pay as I go and avoid forgetting or losing my money.
