We used them once in 2015, when they were booked for us through a realtor, and we were happy with their work. At that time, the realtor mentioned that they give good prices to realtors and subsidize by over-billing home owners. She was right!

The following year we asked them to do a very small job (to mulch some flower beds that had been planted and weeded by a gardener), and we were astonished to receive a very large bill that included charges for services and materials we had not requested.

We left multiple voice mails (they do not return calls!), emailed the company, and sent them a letter with the check for materials and services we had requested, in an effort to sort out the matter. In addition, we clearly stated that we did not want the company to perform any additional services on our property without our written consent.

We received no response until four months later, at which point the company sent us the same invoice from before, along with an invoice for additional unrequested services.

We emailed again, explaining clearly what had happened and cutting and pasting the earlier communication, and they replied with a one sentence email saying they would "find out what is going on with this and get back" to us.

We never heard from for seven months, at which point they had a lawyer send us a letter trying to collect an even larger sum!

Be very careful when dealing with this company!
