My husband and I bought our first RV today from MB Thomas. They are a small “Mom/Pop” type dealer which is why I’d say they don’t have a selection like Camping World, But I’d never buy anything from Caming World! Had an absolutely wonderful experience. I love the fact that they have no hidden fees or misc costs. It all went very smooth...The small glitch that did happen (THEY realized the generator wasn’t running right) They jumped right on it and fixed it and treated us wonderfully while they replaced the generator. The whole staff was friendly and just great about answering any questions we had! Thank you Lonnie, Bill and Sandra. I feel very confident that if I were to have any questions or issues...they’d be right there to help us though the situation. Very excited and can’t wait for our first trip out in our Winnebago 31C!

Don’t waste time! It’s not even worthy of one star! Went to see a motor home being advertised and found another unit after first one was filthy. Well the second was worse. Smelled, trash in sink, etc. Salesman tried to push for contract starting they do not detail or go through until they have a contract on units. Ridiculous - So it’s left for the buyer to find everything wrong with the unit then they fix it…..REALLY? Went to leave and he said he would have it cleaned as an exception if I was interested. He called a few hours later. I should have known better. Next day went back. Unit still not even close what other area dealers cleaning standards are. Cabinet even fell apart as salesman was opening it. Was interested in another unit they had on consignment. That’s when we found out “according to their insurance policy- you have to put a contract on unit to be able to test drive” What a joke! NO OTHER DEALER SHIP DOES THIS! Also I’m an insurance broker… not true! Who would put a contract on a motor home you haven’t driven? How would you even begin negotiations after the fact? We left after I stated how ridiculous this was. Other dealers stated this dealer never goes through units like other dealers. At first I thought it was a bad practice to dis another dealer. Wrong it was a justified warning! Look at another reviewer experience on local yahoo named Rich...I can believe it after my experience!
