I have been to this location several times, but this past experience over this weekend has been the worst I've ever had at any nail salon. Prior to getting my service, the employees seemed very pleasant and nice. Unfortunately, I was approached by an abrasive/unfriendly employee who wore the name tag "Jackie". She continued quoting the service prices at me even after acknowledging her. Which was the only time she looked up. She apparently didn't want to work and rushed my services. She also cut me because she was going so fast! When explaining how I wanted my polish she wouldn't look up to get a better understanding and kept saying I don't know what you want and refused to listen. Her coworkers kept looking away and said nothing. I wish I knew where the manager was. I drove 30 minutes for great service with my family. Not to mention I used a gift card that I received for my birthday. What a disappointment! I am utterly irritated and extremely upset!

This nail place has the best customer service ever! They have many different sets of nail colors you can pick from. I was there only for a regular pedicure. The price was very reasonable and the nail was done good. I enjoy the clean environment and the convenient location, and of course the best customer service!

I love the clean and modern facilities and the nail artists are very good. I also like that they don't have any of the more dangerous, awful smelling polishes or the trashy gel options. The salon doesn't smell like other nail salons. It's safer for both clients and staff.

Awesome fund. Always good for a traveler to find a great recommendation the meets or exceeds expectations and I'm picky about my gel manicures! The owner here was great on the phone. Her tech did an excellent job from removal to finishing. Highly recommend whether your a local or visitor.

I love Lyn Nails. I've been going there for several years. Even if I take a break from getting my nails done, I walk in MONTHS later, and they still know my name and ask about my daughter and granddaughter. I always make an appointment, and they stick pretty close to schedule, I don't have to wait at all!

I dropped my gf off to get her nails done here and when she walked in, she wasn't greeted or even acknowledged she was there, so after 10 min of waiting patiently, she finally said "hello?" And "is there a wait time?" All they did was give her a dirty glare and hear a voice from the back calling her the "B" word...the gf said her piece a stormed out. There a plenty of places in town to get your nails done and Lyns is NOT one of them! I recommend everyone NOT go there unless you enjoy really rude service and treated like dirt.

Dont expect to get waited on if your a walkin at this location. Esp if your using a gift card. Waiting 20 mins and being patient until another walk in came in and because she wanted a certain lady I was told I would need to wait another 20 mins. I tried to be patient but after another 10 mins of waiting I couldnt take it anymore and left. And yes I am positive the lady that came in after me was a walkin by her conversation and the appt time was not marked on the sign in sheet. Sorry but walkins should be taken in the order they come in.
