This is a very unprofessional business low rate is a perfect name for this company...I called to use there services the weekend of the 10th..spoke with the owner George who said that he would be able to help and that it was non problem to move me...the weekend of the move i called the owner right before i was schduled and i told him no one had showed up yet he said let me go to the office and i'll call you back..needless to say he never called back instead he had another guy(foreigner) said his name was george too said that he was moving me instead....but since the customer before had too much stuff then they were going to cancel beacuse they were too tired...now i thought the first George would have made some other arrangements for but instead he said that he was attending a wedding and too bad for me..i ended up hiring All my sons who came to the rescue...i was very disatified with there service how the situation was handled and the uncessary money spent beacuse theh deceided to pass the ball....the foreigner said that he takes Georges job when he can't handle it and what whatevere me and george dicussed was between us too.....even tho me and the owner made arrangement 2week before i was suppose two move and he also asked me to confirm the the day before he was suppose to move ...hopefully someone sees this review before the call because if not you will be highly disappointed..the owner is just what his business name says Low Rate Moving Co.
