I received a call from the dealership management to inform me that they have decided to REFUND a portion of what my parents felt were over-charged to them. After having a lengthy discussion with the dealer, they now have accepted to make my elderly parents satisfied about the costs that they were initially charged by providing them with a concessionary refund. We appreciate the fact that they have now understood our position; by promptly reacting to my folks with an offer to provide a satisfactory refund amicable to both parties.

Hit a curb during a bad ice storm in December. This place was the closest certified dealership to me. It took a while to get it completed but they were slammed (no pun intended) with work to say the least. Jeff's an MVP for that place, sincere and cares about his customers satisfaction. Jeff's amazing crew is second to none, they know their stuff and do high-quality work. My Hyundai had a noise after the work was completed (the cleaner noticed it and said something!!) and even though Jeff knew I was upset from it taking so long, he would not let the car go until his crew took a look at it again. I'm ultimately glad he made that call. He went above and beyond to satisfy me and in the end I'm glad I made the choice to take it there. Thank you Jeff and thank you Lou Fusz Toyota Collision crew, you're all heroes in my eyes.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Mike Wolz was quite helpful and courteous. Recall service was estimated to take 3-4 hours. It was finished in 2.5 hours plus they gave me a coupon for a free wash & dry at Waterway.

On 15th of May 2015, I bought a spark plug wire set from Lou Fusz Nissan Parts Department (925 North Lindbergh St. Louis MO 63146) for my car Nissan Altima. I was told it’s a genuine part but when I opened the package I learnt that it’s manufacturer is Prestolite. I believe it’s an after market product and it is available on auto parts stores at approx. half price. When I installed it in my car, the Service Engine Soon light turned on after three days. When I checked the resistance of this wire set with a multimeter it was 6100 ohm per foot. According to Nissan Altima service manual the resistance of spark plug wire should not exceed 4100 to 5600 ohm. Then I bought NGK brand spark plug wire set from Advance Auto parts and installed it in my car and now I have now issue with my car. I contacted Lou Fusz Nissan Part Department to return their wire set 10 days after purchase. The person on the counter not only refused to return but miss-behaved. He insisted that the part is genuine and exact fit for my car. If he really means that, then I doubt his technical expertise. Those people who want to go to Lou Fusz Nissan for car repair should not surprise if their car has some other issues if someone in workshop out of ignorance install a wrong part.

Questionable business practices, including spam ads on Craigslist claiming a picture is included, but is not. Very frustrating!

I'm 60 yrs old and I've dealt with a lot of dealers, but I can say this one is honest, has good service, and wants your business. Our salesperson was Todd Sterling, who gave us a great deal, was no-nonsense, and followed up on all questions and requests. We bought a RAV4 from him and recommend him highly. They also have extended warranties at no charge and free oil changes.
