To whom this may concern,



I am waiting for a personal apology from the President of your organization, Jennifer Landreth.



I hired members from your organization to staff my wedding in Hermann, Mo on September 15th, 2012. No one ever showed up to service my event. There is no acceptable excuse for the staff to have not arrived, when my 130 other guests arrived with no issues with directions. Your staff was inconsiderate on the phone with us. My wedding party and friends ended up serving food and cleaning up, not how we imagined our wedding day. Please contact me to resolve this matter.

P.S. At this time I have spoken to St Louis branch manager Rachel Martin, who not only was rude to me and never offered even an apology, who was unable to give me a better answer other than "they couldn't find it, you should have answered your phone to give the staff directions." She told they had out printed directions, and someone had a phone with GPS.





It is completely unacceptable to have been treated in this manner, I am simply appalled that any company or staff member would treat me this way.
