Laurus are amateurs! It took them 9 months to sell my house. We had a buyer from day 1. Continuous bad advice from Laurus. They constantly delayed & failed to keep in touch with me throughout the process, until I called them.

This 8 yr old beautiful house should sell in 4-5 months. Delays, lack of prep cost me $1700/month (X9). It was sold $35K below value! I had all paperwork in order throughout. These delays are RIDICULOUS & Unacceptable! Each month, I cont’d to make pmts thru their incompetent schemes, while they padded their bill.

The advised to "skip a payment", so the house sells faster. I REFUSED, as it would harm my credit. They told me that I HAD to. I refused & called the VA, who concurred with me; skipping would be very damaging to me. VA: "Don't listen to Laurus". After more convos with VA & the Bank, turns out I didn't have to skip a pmt after all. Hmm... If I would have, my credit would be severely damaged. Just one example of their incompetence. Run away FAST!
