I had an appointment for 830 AM and showed up about 15 minutes early. I was taken at 832 AM. The tech was very professional and quick. As I was new to the area she had to enter in all my information which she did in under 5 minutes. I have low BP which can make drawing blood a challenge, yet she did it in under 5 minutes. I was out by 842 AM. This was the best experience I have ever had at one of these lab companies EVER!

They have no respect for appointment times. Avoid this location if you expect the convenience of being helped any time close to your appointment time. Most locations will take those who make appointments ahead of walk ins. Not this location. Terrible wait on Saturday morning with no respect for your appointment time.

Staff is very nice HOWEVER... I have to go on Saturdays to get blood work done. I have waited up to 2 hours for my turn when I arrived at 8 am and am only number 5 in line. They are ALWAYS short staffed (1 person). They are always flustered because the "help" didn't show up. Get it together!! It is currently 8:20 and they haven't even called the first person back yet!! It's ridiculous. I dread Saturday's!!

Attempted to physically drop off biopsy/specimen, from our medical off TO Lab Corp (Creve Coeur location). Knocked on their door at 4:24pm because it was locked. Knocked a few times until 4:27pm, when a very rude Lab Corp staff member answered and immediately said "We're done for the day!" I'm sorry, you're sign, website, etc. reads that you're open until 4:30pm. The lady was extremely unprofessional, rude & overall horrible customer service. Our medical facility will NOT be using this lab for any future biopsies.
