He was wonderful to work with and gave me great suggestions for my issue. He arrived on time and was knowledgeable about many car problems.

Someone backed into my wheel and my car was nearly impossible to drive home . Kip came to the parking lot I was in within 20 minutes of calling him. Me being a college student who barely has money as it is gave me a deal that I could afford and safely got me home. It wasn't awkward like I thought it was gonna be. He talked and laughed through the whole ride. Even let me pay with my credit card even though with a deal he usually requires cash. When he was talking to me I knew his symphathy towards my situation was genuine and not just a scripted line he uses with every customer. If you want someone fast, kind and is sympathetic towards your situation, call Kip!!!!!!!!

Kip helped me with a very difficult towing situation involving a "custody dispute" over a car. He handled it efficiently and professionally with the 3rd party and was able to get my car back for me despite some unusual obstacles (car blocked by large concrete barriers). Friendly, fast, and fair priced. I will use him again if the opportunity ever presents itself.

We broke down on the side of the road with 3 kids. Kip was there in a reasonable time and charged a fair price. I will always keep his card in my wallet for situations like this (although I hope it doesn't ever happen again). He was friendly and professional. He even had a broken hand and was still quick and efficient. I am grateful!!

As a single mom, finding myself on the side of the road needing assistance, I needed someone to call who I could trust. I talked to a friend who recommended Kipz. I contacted the company and someone came to help right away. When roadside assistance wasn't enough, I had the option to be towed to the nearest car dealer. I appreciate the fact that both services are provided. I didn't need to call yet another company for service. I will refer this company to everyone!
