I purchased a human hair wig from this location. Prior to making the purchase, I asked the clerk if the wig could be colored because it was not the color that I wanted. She assured my that it could. When I tried to color the wig the color didn't take. I later learned that some human hair wigs are processed and can not be colored. I called the store to set of I could exchange the wig and was told that wigs couldn't be exchanged or returned. I explained that the clerk have me misleading info and that I wouldn't have bought the wig if I knew it could be colored because the color was too dark, the store refused to correct THEIR mistake. I filled a claim with the BBB and this company has ignored all attempts made by the BBB. I plan to post on Facebook to stay away from this company. I was told by someone that this is a bad company to deal with and I ignored the warning.

I like this store because it's big, clean and organize unlike some of the other beauty supplies I've been to.
