Shop around....I went in with some thermofoil cupboards to see if they could be matched or even repaired. I left them with the sales person, waited a couple of weeks, had to call her to find out that they could not match but could repair my damaged cabinets. She says she'd get back to me with a quote and I waited another 2 weeks where I had to call her to get the information to which she said she would call me back. Never did, had to call again to leave a message saying that I was tired of waiting and could she just give me the contact to fix them myself. No reply. Gave up. Terrible customer service!!! Go somewhere else!

I live in a very old house, so rehabbing the bathrooms and the kitchen posed a bit of a challenge. Jenny designed all three spaces and did a beautiful job. Each room has a unique look and the quality of the materials is outstanding. The folks at Karr Bick were easy to work with, helpful and responsive. When a minor issue arose during the most recent bathroom project, the staff resolved the problem quickly and easily. Karr Bick's designers are a talented bunch and their attention to detail and ability to work with an older home are second to none.
