Went in for the first time to get my roots done. Asked for a full foil & my normal platinum blonde that I've been getting at another salon with no problem. I was initially happy they could get me in, and the manager worked on my hair, so I thought I was in good hands. I ended up with a little platinum blonde mixed with ugly brassy tones and the bottom of my head looked like it mostly hadn't been touched, so now my hair is an unattractive mix of blonde, brassy, and dark brown. They did a flat-iron job on me even though I didn't request one, probably in an effort to help disguise the brassy color. When I said I was still too dark underneath & that the top was too brassy in spots, she didn't want to fix it before I left! When I called back today to request a fix, the front desk associate was very unprofessional. She tried to say she thought my hair looked great & that hair is "normally darker underneath." Typical bad customer service. I obviously PAID for a FULL foil to make my hair lighter underneath. If I had wanted it darker underneath, I would have gotten a partial.



The issue is still not resolved. Will update my review later.

The service at J'ai Transforme Salon is very warm and welcoming. The decor is beautiful and relaxing, you feel as though you are in a French boutique. Everyone is very friendly and the stylists are all professional and accommodating.
