Often go here before a Cardinal game. Good food and service.

Just dined at the J Bucks Clayton location. Had a gift card for $35 which I had NO idea was no longer honored until the check came. Unlike SueMar, we were not told in advance, there was no signage at the door and I was not aware of the history that the restaurant had been sold to new owners. Very disappointing and I cannot believe that the Buck family didn't already make their money on the gift cards that were sold. They have lost a customer and anyone else I tell about this incident.



What a ripoff. I hope the rest of the restaurants go out of business.

Recently went with out of town friends and we were going to use our gift certificate that we had received only a few months before. When we arrived we were told our gift certificate was not accepted there. The establishment has gone to new owners, Buck family has a small percentage and the previews owners had sold the certificates. We were told that there was a court order to stop selling the certificates but they continued to sell them, in the amount of $50,000. The previous owners, the Buck family and their management company, sold them in violation of the court order. They told us the new company had no way of knowing the value of the cards. We were very disappointed. The food was good but over priced for a sports bar atmosphere.

Nice place to go for lunch. The salads are wonderful...and the atmosphere is great.

Good food.. good atmosphere.. still trying to determine if I like this one or the one in Clayton
